Project Echoes of Atlas

The scars left by last September’s earthquake in the Atlas Mountains are deep and painful. Communities struggle daily facing the challenges of a mountainous area characterized by a cold climate. Human dignity requires more than simple compassion; requires action.

Responding to the appeal that reached us, our organization has mobilized to launch, starting from April, a series of humanitarian expeditions from Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains. These missions are designed using locally rented enduro vehicles and motorbikes; thanks to these we will be able to reach even places far from asphalted roads and bring basic necessities directly into the hands of those in need, ensuring that every community, every isolated family, is not left behind. The goods will be purchased in Marrakech and brought by the participants of the expeditions to the areas affected by the devastating earthquake.
